OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF
Here’s the small print, written not-so-small so you can actually read it! If you have any further questions, please feel free to get in touch; we’re here to help.

PRIVACY POLICY

Motorhome Retrofits are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. The details you provide us will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and will not be forwarded on to a third party that will send you annoying spam.

WEBSITE ACCURACY

Motorhome Retrofits make every effort to ensure that the information published on this website is accurate and true to the best of our knowledge. If you do find a mistake, please let us know so that we can correct it. Any mistakes found cannot be held against us for a discount, refund or compensation.

WEBSITE ORDERS & DELIVERIES

All orders placed on our website will be picked and packed as efficiently as possible on working days that we are open.

Some items are not always held in stock and will need to be ordered - which in most cases is a 1-2 days delivery time from our suppliers. (In some cases items may take longer, so please be patient as we do not send multiple shipments as we do not charge you for the shipping, which we have to pay Royal Mail for).

Most website orders will be sent within 2-5 working days from the date of the order, but as a small and busy team here, some will take longer. Please place your order on the basis that you have read and understood this as we are not Amazon!

SHIPPING

We do not ship outside of UK Mainland for any product or service displayed or sold on our website.

For all UK website orders, we use the Royal Mail 48HR Tracked service from the date that your product leaves here.

We're sorry, but we do not send anything on a "next day" service as the 48HR Tracked service is set with Royal Mail.

IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY

If you have any complaint regarding our products or services you can call our Customer Services team on 01202  79 79 81, Monday to Friday (during Telephone Hours). Alternatively, you can complete the Contact form found on our website. We promise to respond to all complaints within five working days.
